Filter Bags — FBD / FBE / FBP

Pharma-grade fluid bed dryer filter bags, stitched to your machine’s OEM specification. Available in anti-static, epitropic, polyester and nylon fabrics with reinforced seams for high-cycle production.

Inspect the bag before every use: check seams, drawstrings, and the filter media for pinholes, abrasion, or thinning, especially along fold lines and the collar. Do not use a bag that shows visible wear, as filtration efficiency and product containment cannot be guaranteed once the media is compromised.

After each batch, remove residual powder by gentle tapping or low-pressure reverse air; avoid brushing or scraping the media, which can embed particles into the weave and shorten bag life. For washable grades, launder in warm water (max 60°C) with a mild, non-ionic detergent, rinse thoroughly to remove all detergent residue, and air dry fully away from direct sunlight before returning the bag to service. Do not machine-dry or iron.

Store cleaned, dry bags flat or loosely rolled in a sealed poly bag inside a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight, chemical fumes, and rodents. Avoid compressing bags under heavy loads during storage, as this can distort the pore structure. Label stored bags with product/batch history to support cleaning validation and prevent cross-contamination between products.

Retire and replace the bag if repeated inspections show media thinning, seam separation, or if it has exceeded the number of wash cycles validated for your process.
