Polishing nets for capsule polishing machines on pharmaceutical capsule lines. The net must be aggressive enough to lift dust and loose powder off the capsule surface yet gentle enough to leave gelatin and HPMC shells unmarked — a balance our nylon nets are woven specifically to strike.
Supplied sized to your polishing machine model, with sewn edges to prevent fraying in continuous operation.

Replace at the first sign of snagged or broken filaments — a damaged net marks capsule shells faster than it cleans them. Wash gently and air-dry; hot drying distorts net apertures.
